He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Junior and Jenny Ann Hazelton (Miller); his sister Sandy Varner; his parents-in-law, Don and Marie Huff; and his sister-in-law Donna Hiltner (Huff).
He is survived by: his son Kenny R. (Don); his grandchildren, Hunter of Continental, Mason of Continental and Millie of Continental; and his sister Darlene Prowant of Continental. He is also survived by several brothers-in-law and sisters-in-laws; and several nieces and nephews.
