She was predeceased by: her parents, Theodore Kuhn and Virginia Kuhn (Bear); her husband Kenneth Shaffer; her siblings, Carol Sherry, Dianne Brinkman and Richard Kuhn; and her stepbrother Mike Merz.
She is survived by: her daughters, Lana Pitney and Erin Rose; her great grandchildren, Elainie, Xavier and Adalyn; and her siblings, Paula Craig, Marie Rohrs and William Kuhn. She is also survived by 4 grandchildren.
