He was predeceased by: his parents, Marlin Blosser and Mary Lou Blosser (Marquart); and his brother-in-law James Pannell. He is survived by: his daughters, Valerie Hazelton (Rex) of Continental and Kristen McCartney (Jason) of California; his grandchildren, Jasmin Dunakin (Dylan), Trevor Moats (Deborah), Gavin Paniagua, Jayden McCartney, Kyla McCartney and Jaxson McCartney; and his siblings, Gregg Blosser of Jenera, Lanny Blosser of Jenera, Jodi Pannell of New Fairfield, CT and Lori Blosser of Lima.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 8th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Wednesday, September 9th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Heitmeyer Funeral Home (207 W Rice St, Continental, OH 45831). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 9th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, September 9th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Monroe Cemetery (3844 OH-634, Continental, OH 45831).
