It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara A. Allen of Convoy, Ohio, who passed away on February 11, 2026, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William F. Clay and Rhea Clay (Kreischer); her husband Richard F. Allen; and her siblings, Jeanne Stuck and Thomas Clay.
She is survived by: her children, Cindy Baxter of Convoy, Randy Allen (Julie) of Columbus, Dan Allen (Laurie) of Grove City, Jim Allen (Carrie) of Convoy and Mary Stumpp (Jared) of Vermilion; and her grandchildren, Zach Baxter, Kyle Baxter (Tiffani), Caleb Hoffman (Beth), Jennifer Allen (Nathen Miller), Brian Allen (Sarah), Kimberly Leachman (Kyle), Bradley Allen, Alexx Allen, Larissa Richardson (Eliott), Whitney Snead (Anthony), Emily Stumpp (Timothy Woolf), Katie Stumpp and Heather Smith (Andrew). She is also survived by twenty-four great grandchildren; and two great great grandchildren.
Preferred memorials may be directed to the Van Wert County Humane Society or to the Brumback Library.
