She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Eickenhorst and Gladys Marie Eickenhorst (Gallent). She is survived by: her husband Roy Pery Jr.; her children, Michael Perry of Convoy, Matthew Perry of Van Wert, Gary Perry (Brooke Schwarzman) of Convoy and Jennifer Dumas of Moorsville, IN; her grandchildren, Tayler Sturgill, Nathan Sturgill, Brooklyn Horton, Richard Perry, Meghan Perry, Makayla Perry, Trinity Perry, Leah Perry, KJ Carroll, Marisol Davis, Araceli Maldonado, London Schwarzman and Jordanne Schwarzman; and her siblings, Keith Allen (Lori) of Van Wert, Paul Hiser of Van Wert, Barb Miller (Steve) of Boboa, IN and Jerry Allen of Van Wert. She is also survived by five great grandchildren.
