She was predeceased by: her parents, Erwin A. Lockerby and Josie Wave Lockerby (Briggs); her husband Wallace Merlin "Wally" Wittung; and the father of her children Richard Dale Baxter. She is survived by: her children, Brad Baxter (Gloria) of Convoy, Brian Baxter of Van Wert, Kim Adams (Randy) of Van Wert and Colette Rhodes (Dean) of Luna Pier, Michigan; her grandchildren, Ollie Adams, Brandy Rammel (Sticky), Zach Baxter, Kyle Baxter (Tiffani), Raegan Baxter, Reed Baxter, Darcy Baxter (Annette) and Ashley Kirsch (Zach); her great grandchildren, Stephanie Adams, Austin Adams, Dylan Baxter, Drew Baxter, Connor Baxter, Blaine Baxter, Braeley Baxter, Jettie Rammel, Bingham Rammel, Auggie Clark and Russell Baxter; and her great great grandchildren, LeAnna Baxter and Lennon Adams.
