He was predeceased by: his parents, George Earl Coplin and Ethel E. Wrocklage (Ringle); and his former wife Nancy Coplin (Waymire). He is survived by: his wife Ann Coplin of Convoy; his children, Douglas Coplin (Meisa) of Van Wert and Laura Meiers (Nate) of Ashland, OH; his grandchildren, Amanda Skirmont (Tyler) of Columbus, Kate Lindsey (Mitchell) of Van Wert, Matthias Meiers of Denver and Madeline Houser (Scott) of Denver; his great grandchildren, Maisie and River; his siblings, Mike Coplin (Jane) of Hicksville, Marie Headley (Mitch) of Hicksville and Pat King of Hicksville; and his stepsons, Ben Naas (Lisa Heiland) of Baltimore, MD and Matt Naas of Mt. Rainier, MD. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
