We bid farewell to Roger L. Welch of Convoy, Ohio, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on April 21, 2025 at the age of 89. Roger touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, William Lynn and Ruth Leota Welch (Poling); his former wife Dorothy Elaine Block; and his siblings, Joan Isabelle Jackson, Clayton K. Welch and Cletus N. Welch.
He is survived by: his daughter Debra Rena Welch (Nickolas Polihronopulos) of Van Wert; and his stepchildren, Starr Robinson of Clifford, Stephanie Greathouse (Mike) of Moneta, Mark Schnell (Sharie) of Avon Park and Sheryl Atwood (Shawn) of Convoy. He is also survived by sixteen grandchildren and nineteen great grandchildren.
Preferred memorials are to the Convoy Lions Club.
