Bailey of Coolville, Ohio, born in Parkersburg, West Virginia, who passed away on December 16, 2023, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Merrill E. Bailey Sr. and Elva M. Knotts; and his brother Merrill Bailey, Jr.. He is survived by : his nieces and nephews, Beverly Brown and Darlene Shepard.
