As Hazel departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Hazel may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Hazel leaves behind.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Linda Murphy Ellison and Alfred Carl Ellison; and her brother Stephen Ellison. She is survived by: her husband Leroy Guess of People's Club; her children, Veronica (Alex Martin) and Damien (Jordan King); her granddaughter Charlie; and her siblings, Lesa (Paul Reynolds), Doug and Ocie Lockhart.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 9th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the White Funeral Home (2817 5th St, Coolville, OH 45723).
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the funeral home to help with funeral expenses.
