He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard E. Chapman and Maxine Valentine Chapman; and his daughter Kim Chapman Hagerich. He is survived by: his son Brandon (Patty Chapman); his grandchildren, McKenzie Chapman, Alexei Chapman, Hunter Chapman, Melissa Geddis (Brian), Andrew Groves, Brayden Hall, Katie Hagerich and E. J. Hagerich; and his siblings, Barry Chapman (Donna), Mark Chapman (Donna), Beverly Murphy (Jerry), Katen Furner (Emmitt) and Tammy Coe (Bob). He is also survived by 4 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the American Heart Association in memory of Alan.
