He was predeceased by : his parents, Otis Wade and Mary Lois Dixon Allen. He is survived by : his children, Jameson (Patty Allen), Jessica Allen and Leah Allen; his grandchildren, Cynthia, Kiley, Jakob and Dutton; and his brothers, Steve Allen and Ed Allen.
