She is survived by: her husband Woodrow Shaffer (Woody) of Coolville; her children, David Shaffer (Lutricia) of Cutler and Cynthia Lee (Donald) of Tipp City; her grandchildren, David, Courtney, Ashley, Megan and Malcolm; her great grandchild Lilly; and her siblings, Frank Shafer, Camilla Morehead, Dixie Fultineer, Jackie Gray and Sharon Walp.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Leavitt Funeral Home (801 Victor St, Belpre, OH 45714). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
