He is survived by: his wife Marjorie Jean Matheny Keebaugh; his daughters, Debra Keebaugh Buck and Tonya Keebaugh Balser (Rick Harker); his grandchildren, Jenny, Julie Howard (Brian), Jackie Buck (Kodie Ramage), Stacy Davis Moran (Matt) of Trenton-Joe, Keebaugh Davis (Emily), Bridget Balser, Kastle Balser Ohlinger (Frank), Victoria Harker and Brooklin Harker (Salvatore Dellanno); his great grandchildren, Robyn Mouat, Gwen Mouat, Claire Howard, Skylin Haye, Adria Hysell, Kaden Moran, Easton Smith, Braylon Davis, Cohen Ohlinger, Aria Ohlinger and Colson Dellanno; and his close friends, Jerry Bibbee, Linda Jones, Susie Riffle and Betty Farrar.
