She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Johnson Phillips and Lottie Susan Brookover. She is survived by: her sister Janet Susan Phillips Bonnett of Belpre; her daughters, Kimmy Taylor (Mark) of St. Marys, WV and Evelyn Smith (Joseph) of St. Marys, WV; and her grandsons, Phillip Morgan (Teressa), Frank Taylor (Gretchen), Bruce Chadock (Michelle), Bill Smith (Jess) and C. J. Smith (Jenna). She is also survived by 16 great grandchildren.
