He was predeceased by: his parents, Jennis Stiltner and Hazel Mullins Stiltner; and his brother Monroe Mullins. He is survived by: his friend Tim; and his siblings, Lydia Sue Justice and Steve (Sue Mullins). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Mountain Valley Memorial Park (32350 Riverside Dr, Big Rock, VA 24603).
