He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Samuel, Betty Spears, Bonard and Nelle Bernard; and his cousins, Timothy Spears, Brianna Miller and Jacob Barnhart.
He is survived by: his parents, Donald L. Bernard and Michele Spears Bernard; his girlfriend Brittany Crawford; his daughters, Leona and Ora Crawford; and his brothers, Matthew Spears (Randi) of Corning, Greg Bernard (Haley) of New Lexington, Brandon Bernard (Macey) of Corning and Tyler Bernard (Krysta) of Corning. He is also survived by 9 nieces and nephews; and many aunts and uncles.
