He is survived by : his mother Patricia Thomas (Willis); his wife Lora Winegar (Liston); his children, Selebrity Winegar (Trae Wills), Shelby Winegar (Hadia Shafique), Mariah Thatcher, Draya Babb (Jah Brokenbough) and Trey Babb; his granddaughter Raeli Keith; his siblings, Sam Winegar (Denise), Sabrina Abele and Kari Thomas (Alan Bay); his nephew S. J. Winegar; and his pet Stella. He is also survived by nephews and cousins.

Visitation was held on Monday, April 29th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Bolin-Dierkes Funeral Home (1271 Blue Ave, Zanesville, OH 43701).
