She was predeceased by : her father Merle Shumaker. She is survived by : her husband Herman William Rutter; and her children, Steven Poling, Shelly Lape, Randy Poling, Jeannette Daneen Norris, Shawn David Rutter (Chris) and Penny-Jo Thress. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren; 2 brothers and 2 sisters; as well as many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
