She was predeceased by: her parents, Bernard Grate and Catharine Grate (Hulton); her husband Phil; her sister Betty Robison; her grandsons, Donald J. Jr. and Daniel A. Bates; and her friend Opal Suhar.
She is survived by: her children, Donald J., Lawrence L., Mary King (Rex) and Lisa Kolley; and her great grandchildren, Big and Little Brother Thomas Grate (Judy). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
