She is survived by: her children, Margaret Elser (Kerry), John Gooding (Darlene), Marjorie Throckmorton (James) and Nancy Elser (Krist); her grandchildren, Melissa Gavin (Rodney), Rebecca Townsend (Robert), Travis Bingham, LeAnn Matisi (John), JT Throckmorton (Ashley), Ashley Guyer (John), William Throckmorton, Richard Elser (Ashley), Michael Elser, Jessica Jankowski (Bryan), Kolan Elser and Dylan Elser (Jenna Elser); her sister Charlotte Duesenberry; and her friends, Mary Carry, Mary Angstrom and Ruby Bouey.
To honor her memory, the family asks that donations be made to the Wounded Warrior Foundation, a cause close to her heart in lieu of flowers.
