He was predeceased by: his grandmother Mildred "Millie" Hendrick. He is survived by: his parents, Donald Prentice and Jean Wilkins; his wife Heather Prentice (Lantz); his son Bryan D. Prentice; his grandson Bentley J. Prentice; his brother Scott A. Prentice of Leavittsburg; and his nieces, Haylee Prentice and Cora Shaw. He is also survived by many family members and friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 7th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at 5616 Phillips Rice Rd, Cortland, OH 44410.
