He was predeceased by: his mother Frances Rigg Vincent; his wife Dona Reed (Thorpe); his sons, Claud H. Rigg II (Skip) and Donald E. Rigg (Rink); his siblings, Barbara Nosse, Peg Hopewell, William Vincent, James Vincent and Vickie Sue Blaney; and his stepdaughter Sandy Sellers.
He is survived by: his siblings, Margaret Groves (Jim) of Cortland, Donna McMonagle (Charlie) of Bristolville, Cindy Church (Chuck), Farmington and Sharon Sunderland of Warren; his grandchildren, Tyler Rigg (Ashley) of Fort Bragg, NC and Tara Lynn Rigg of Michigan; his great grandchildren, Rebecca, Lucas and Maverick Rigg; his stepchildren, Bobbi Lou Broom (Timothy), Christy Phillips (Frank) and Johnny Reed (Janet); his uncle Julio; and his close friend Ted Osborne.
Memorial contributions can be made in his name to the American Diabetes Association or to the Hospice of the Valley Hospice House.
