He was predeceased by: his parents, Hiram B. Bonner and Garnetta Nellie Wilson Bonner; his wife Flora Canty Bonner; his son Dr. Shawn Bonner; and his brother Andrew B. Bonner.
He is survived by: his children, Hiram Sanford Bonner Jr. (Daphne) of Niles, OH, Aaron Bonner (Nicole) of Normal, IL and Kecia Reeves (Ron) of Murfreesboro, TN. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren and a host of relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Second Baptist Church (1510 Main Ave SW, Warren, OH 44484). A funeral service was held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
