She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Pauline (Kitco) and Stephen Frank Panak; her husband John Paul Sawayda Jr.; her siblings, Joseph Panak, Ann Kozak, Agnes Slywczak, Matthew Panak, Philip Panak, Albert Panak, Wendel Panak, Joan Sawayda and Helen Flannery; and her grandson David J. Sawayda Jr..
She is survived by: her sons, David J. Sawayda (Judith) of San Angelo, John P. Sawayda Ill of Kansas City and Keith S. Sawayda (Nancy) of Clearwater, Florida; her grandchildren, Jennifer Jackson (Laurence), Sarah Montano (Andrew), Rachel Copeland (Brian), Stephen (Amy) and Daniel Sawayda; and her great grandchildren, Amelia Montano, Allison Montano, Elizabeth Jackson, Laurence Jackson V and Brian Copeland III.
