Joy leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. Joy’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around her. Though she is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support she offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Joy will carry forward her memory in their hearts.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William J. Lipscomb and Ruby E. Lipscomb (Keener); her husband Jimmy Joseph Stout; and her sisters, Shelby Rector and Betty Stout.
She is survived by: her sister Billie Taylor (Chuck) of Cortland. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
