She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Ruth McPhee (Blunt) and Harold McPhee; her brothers, Randy and Harry James McPhee; and her nephew Chet McPhee.
She is survived by: her significant other Frank; her children, Callie Hartman (Sean "Charlie" Hall) and Joel Hartman (Frank Thomas); the father of her children Tom Hartman; her close friend Frank Thomas; her grandson Isaac Hall; her niece Dr. Michele Davidson (Nathan) of Cape Charles, Virginia.; her friends, Cindy Murdoch, Rosemary Lanterman, Kathy Naypaver, Pamela Pinchuk, Patricia Bruce, Donna Cleghorn and Lynette Fumi; and her caregiver Marilyn Graff. She is also survived by several great nieces and nephews, many beloved cousins, and countless lifelong friends.
