He was predeceased by: his parents, Hallie L. Wibert and Helen C. Russells Wibert; his former wife Sandra Wibert; and his siblings, Paul, Donald Wibert, Deloras Grove and Helen Diefenderfer.
He is survived by: his wife Evelyn James Wibert; his children, Gayle Colbert (Allison), Melissa Wibert (Brian), Dave James (Michele), Jeff James and Pat James (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Meagan Jackson, Nate Jackson (Nichole), Ben, Zack, Emily, Nathaniel, Madison, Alexis, Jordon, Jeremy, Kaitlyn, Tesa and Lydia James; his great grandchildren, Robbie and Mia Fisher; and his sister Joan Williamson. He is also survived by several in-laws and nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Grace Methodist Church Food Pantry, Bazetta Fire Department, or Southern Care Hospice.
