He was predeceased by: his parents, Philip Foley and Doris Foley (Vance); his wife Thelma Jane Foley; and his sister Connie Stewart. He is survived by: his children, Tammy Sue Foley, Kathy Jane Foley of Cortland and Scott Foley (Nadia) of Solon; his grandsons, Eugene (Xinyi) and Michael; and his sister Violet Bollenbacher (John) of Gibsonia, PA. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday, October 17th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the River Church (4257 Tod Ave NW, Warren, OH 44485). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
