He was predeceased by: his wife Ursula T. Hanna; his nephew Scott C. Hanna; and his mother Erma Hanna. He is survived by: his children, Craig R. Hanna and Lynn Hanna Ingram (Andrew Ingram); his brother George Hanna; his sister-in-law Nancy W. Hanna; his sibling's children, Dr. Lauren E. Hanna (Michael DePree) and Kurt W. Hanna; his grandchildren, Rachael Ingram, Jayme Ingram and Mark Ingram; and his great grandchild Avery Jones.
Jack supported his mother, Erma Hanna in the formation of Valley Save-a-Pet and would be grateful for contributions to that organization in lieu of flowers.
