He is survived by: his children, Shirley Tingler and Larry Ireland (Tangi Day); his grandchildren, Nicholas Ireland (Tonya), Heather Ireland (Mike), Jennifer Kay (Jon) and Justin Kay (Shalyn); his great grandchildren, Jason, Matthew, Rowen and Allana; his brothers, James Ireland (Bea), William Ireland (Peg) and Richard Ireland (Judy); and his sister-in-law Lois Shaffer. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

His contributions to both family and community will be remembered with gratitude and respect.
