He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Fye and Irma Fye; and his sister Mary Lou Forrest (Paul). He is survived by: his wife Mary Lou; his children, Courtney Sample (Matthew Paul) and Matthew Fye (Brittney McMillin); his grandchild Simona Sample; and his siblings, Barbara (Richard), Patricia (Carl), Margaret (Dennis), Kathryn (Art), Charles (Hedy), John (Diane), James (Dawna), David (Lynda) and Michael (Sharon).
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Lane Shafer-Winans Chapel (164 N High St, Cortland, OH 44410).
