He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Day and Roberta Day; and his nephew Jesse Amburgy (Daralene). He is survived by: his wife Daralene Day; his siblings, Eugene Day (Micah) and Rogina Amburgy (Wendell); his mother-in-law Christine Vanover; his sister-in-law Jennifer Vanover; his aunts, Kathy Lawwill (Danny) and Lois Rusk (Butch); his nieces and nephews, Travis, Violet, Rod, Audrey, Tiffany, Angelica, Alecia (Dustin), Ethan (Hayley), Lauren (Don) and Taylor (Jordan); his great-nieces, Bella, Sophia, Nova, Kiley, Kinley, Cara, Ava, Juliette and Lilah; and his great-nephew Jace.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 22nd 2026 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Red Lion Pentecostal Holiness Church (2410 OH-122, Lebanon, OH 45036). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
