He was predeceased by: his parents, Huber R. Lewis and Hilda O. Lewis (Frazier). He is survived by: his wife Linda; his stepchildren, James Spencer and Michelle Spencer; and his siblings, Tommy Lewis (Sandy), Connie Lewis and Diane Huber (Bill). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family members, and numerous friends.
