He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Raymond, Mary Wright, Leonard and Freda McPeak. He is survived by: his parents, John E. McPeak and Denise A. McPeak (Wright) of Coshocton; his significant other Taylor M. Cook; his siblings, Dillon McPeak, Eric McPeak (Mikayla Money), Devin M. Wegener and Cona Thorpe; and his nieces and nephews, Trevius, Gage Wegener, Karson, Londyn, Dekoda and Phoenix McPeak. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
