He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Touvelle and Virginia Touvelle (Moore); his wife Barbara Touvelle (Jones); and his siblings, Louise Harding, Kay Summers and John Touvelle.
He is survived by: his children, Jay Touvelle (Patty) of California, Steve Touvelle (Angie) of Florida and Ann Phillips (Gary) of Texas; his grandchildren, Matt Skelton, Tyler Skelton, Derek Skelton, Christine Touvelle and Katie Mahler (Josh); his great grandchild Virginia "Ginny" Mahler; and his siblings, Larry Touvelle (Debbie) and Shirley Howell. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 29th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Miller Funeral Home & Crematory (639 Main St, Coshocton, OH 43812). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, September 29th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
