He is survived by: his wife Jacqueline "Jackie" Umstott (Jurden); his children, David Umstott (Kristin), Lexie Keener (Kerry), Nicole Umstott, Gage "Bub" Conway, Zella Umstott, Brayden Dotson, Jack Dotson and Zachary Dotson; his grandchildren, Areil Jones, Bradley Jones, Olivia Umstott, Kayden Umstott, Gabriel Ross, Leeland Ross, Adrian Ross, Oliver Ross, Freya Robinson and Alexis Robinson'; and his great grandchild Azari Jones.
