He was predeceased by: his parents, James Allen and Imogene Allen (Monk). He is survived by: his sons, Cory Allen (Amanda), Jared Allen, Jimi Allen (Bobbi) and Brandis Allen (Melissa); and his siblings, Tony, Rocky Allen and Karen Adams. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
