He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Gallagher and Nancy Gallagher (Brown). He is survived by: his siblings, Kelly Crews (James), Scott Gallagher, Johnny Gallagher (Crystal Weese) and Lena Gallagher; and his stepmother Lois Gallagher. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, aunts and uncles and cousins.
