She is survived by: her mother Donna F. Mardis (VanSickle) of Coshocton; her daughters, Dawn M. Weller and Latasha L. Gaskill; and her siblings, Vernon Mardis, Richard Mardis, Chad Henderson, Mary Crabbin (Mardis), Nikki Mardis and Amanda Mardis.
