She was predeceased by: her husband Orville Lee Starkey; her parents, Joseph A. Yacapraro, and Bessie M. Yacapraro, Sr. (Sigler); and her siblings, David B. Yacapraro and Margaret Del Toro (Peg).
She is survived by: her children, David Nally (Terri), Rich Starkey (Heather) and Sara Smailes (Josh); her grandchild Katelynn Mullett (Tanner); her children, Macie (Cody) Straits (Scarlett), Monica Wigton (Zach), Nathan, Hannah Nally, Brandon Starkey (Lauren), Zach Starkey (Ella Baylor), Alexis Starkey, Saylor, Kade Starkey, Kole and Kase Smailes; her grandchildren, Michael Williams (Aira), Tina Moyer (Charlie), Moriah Williams and Josiah Williams (Tori); and her siblings, Joseph Yacapraro, Jr. (Penny) and Dianna Moran (Patrick). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family ask that contributions be made to Hospice in honor of Debra.
