She was predeceased by : her parents, Donald Deacon and Carol Madison (Wilson); her brother Jeff; and her sister-in-law Janelynn Madison. She is survived by : her children, Jamie Crozier (Bobby) of Dresden and Ryan DeWitt (Christa) of Coshocton; her grandchildren, Brandon Crozier (Ciara), Laiken, Kylee Crozier, Sara, Kaden, Chase and Camrin DeWitt; her great grandchildren, Braysen, Brinlynn, Berkley and Paisley Crozier; her siblings, Dawn Phillabaum (Paul) and Soctt Madison (Terri); and her aunt Sharon Maston. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Monday, May 6th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Tuesday, May 7th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Miller Funeral Home (639 Main St, Coshocton, OH 43812). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, May 7th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
