He was predeceased by : his father Jim Maxson; his siblings, Jill and Tony Maxson; his niece Shelly Caldwell; his great-nephew Jayden; and his brothers-in-law, Marvin Fout, Ed Bowser, Randy St. John of Newcomerstown, Dave Haven, Bud Bowser and Steve Bowser.
He is survived by : his wife Dorothy Maxson (Bowser); his children, Daniel Maxson (Cara) of Coshocton and Ashley Hollins (Jason) of West Lafayette; his grandchildren, Devyn, Avyn, Leigha, Curtis, Hailey, Sammy and Becca; his sister Jodi Fout of Sarasota, Florida; his sisters-in-law, Kathy Stringer (Chuck) of Newcomerstown, Christine Haven (Danny Peoples) of Newcomerstown and Mary St of Newcomerstown; and his aunts, Ruth Long of Circleville and Donna Ball (Larry) of Hillard. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nephews, and nieces.
