He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Parks and Gustava Parks (Glazier); and his granddaughter Rachael Honabarger. He is survived by: his children, Debi Parks, Kim Jones (Bill) and Jay Parks (Kim); his grandchildren, Nicholas Neal (Kim), Patrick Neal, Jason Jones, Jennifer Rice (Jamie), Jeremy Jones (Kara) and Bill Hardesty; and his sister Janet Scheetz. He is also survived by 9 great grandchildren.
