She was predeceased by: her parents, Marion Fortune and Maxine Fortune (Jones); her daughter Jacquelyn R. Taylor; and her siblings, Jay, Arlie Fortune and Marilyn Van Meter.

She is survived by: her husband Bernard Tish of Coshocton; her daughters, Tammy Rizer (Ben) of Coshocton and Kelly Jones of Coshocton; her brothers, Samuel Fortune (Bonnie) of Conesville and Richard Fortune (Lois) of Arkansas; her son-in-law Jason Taylor of Stovertown; and her sister-in-law Cheryl Fortune of West Lafayette. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren; thirty-two great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren.

A graveside service was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 at 11:00 AM at 1401 Cemetery Dr, Coshocton, OH 43812.
