He was predeceased in death by : his son-in-law Jack Black Jr.. His parents Bert Crowthers and Patrica (Honaberger) Crowthers. He is survived by : his daughter Brandy Black (Don Roberts), and mother of his daughter Edie Crowthers; his siblings, Bobby Crowthers (Jennifer), Chris Crowthers and Karen Jones (Bill); his aunt Hazel Crowthers; his grandchildren, Sheridan (Tanner) Black, Landen & Laney Black, and his best friend Pugsley. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
