He is survived by: his wife Marilyn "Marty" Green (Cunningham); his son Victor Green (Cathy Ann); Daizee. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

We can never thank Jerry and Marilyn enough for all their support and prayers during David's deployments especially Afghanistan. Jerry spent many years helping/ honoring his fellow veterans in many capacities such as serving on veteran committees and the Coshocton Honor Guard,Jerry will truly be missed.
