He was predeceased by: his parents, Harley C. Rodgers and Thelma M. Rodgers (Maxwell); and his siblings, Carolyn J. Rodgers, Harley J. Rodgers, Ronald C. Rodgers and Marjorie A. Stigler.
He is survived by: his wife Evelyn F. Rodgers; his daughters, Rebecca Rodgers of Coshocton and Sherry L. Truex of Coshocton; and his granddaughters, Emily A. Truex and Etta T. Belle. He is also survived by several nieces rand nephews.
