She was predeceased by : her father Robert William "Bill" Hagans; and her brother James "Jim" Hagans. She is survived by : her children, Jeffery Mullett of Coshocton and Janell Richard (Brad) of Coshocton; her mother Rose C. Hagans of Coshocton; and her grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Josey, Bodey, Taylor and Tannyr Richard.
