She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert W. Cochran and Hazel Cochran (Whyde). She is survived by: her husband John Addy; her children, Andrea Miller of Ravenna, OH, Elizabeth Haines (Scott) of Warsaw and Robert Miller of New Albany; her stepchildren, Amy Stepp (Floyd) of Fallsburg, Todd Addy (Julie) of Columbus and Katie Froula (Jeff) of Freemont, CA; her grandchildren, Christopher Flick (Taylor), Haylie Peterson (Keith), Andrew Lyon, Gerald Hunter Haines (Madison), Gage Haines (Macey) and Georgia Haines; her stepgrandchildren, Brianna Foster, Cory Foster, Athanaius, Levi, Flexi and Josehine Froula; her great grandchildren, Aubrey, Blake, Henry Patterson, Tristyn, Emelie Flick and Cade Haines; her stepgreat-grandchildren, Carson, Holden, Mylan and Rowan Foster; her sister Jan Luce of Coshocton; and her aunt Betty Salvage of Coshocton.
